This Cookie Policy explains how pollenair uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, when you visit our website or use the pollenair platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, let a site remember information in your browser. They are widely used to keep people signed in, remember preferences and understand how a service is used.
2. How we use them
We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries, in three categories:

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cross-site tracking pixels or sell information collected through cookies.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by the trusted providers that help us run pollenair:
- Supabase provides our sign-in and account infrastructure and sets the session cookies that keep you logged in.
- Paystack processes payments. When you check out, Paystack may set its own cookies on its payment pages to process your payment securely and prevent fraud, under its own privacy and cookie policies.
4. Your choices
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage by clearing your browser's site data. Most browsers also let you block cookies from particular sites.
If you block or delete essential cookies, you will be signed out and some parts of pollenair will not work. Blocking preference or analytics storage will not stop you from using the platform.
In the pollenair mobile apps, the same categories apply to the app's on-device storage; you can clear it by signing out or removing the app.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the platform changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let you know on the platform.
